Dispatch (Vade Labs) — SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program. Dispatch, operated by Vade Labs, sends operational SMS to professional chauffeurs who drive jobs dispatched through the Dispatch platform: job assignment confirmations, schedule changes, and status requests. No marketing messages are sent.
2. Enrollment. Drivers enroll by signing a standalone Dispatch Communications Consent form. See the blank form at vadelabs.co/sms-consent.
3. Message frequency. Varies by dispatch activity; typically 1–3 messages per working day.
4. Fees. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or contact (888) 767-4394 / dan@vadelabs.co.
6. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy. See vadelabs.co/privacy.
8. Re-subscribe. Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
9. Eligibility. This program serves US mobile numbers only. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of work assignments and may be withdrawn at any time.
10. Support responses. Reply HELP returns program information and this contact number. Reply STOP returns a single confirmation message; then all further SMS stops.
