Vade Labs — Privacy Policy

Vade Labs ("we") operates a ground-transportation dispatch service. Our dispatch messaging service operates under the name "Dispatch". This policy describes the data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

We receive from the transportation suppliers we work with: driver name, mobile phone number, and job assignment details (pickup time, location, job number). Drivers provide their mobile numbers on a standalone Dispatch Communications Consent form.

How we use it

We use this data for one purpose: operational dispatch communications — job assignments, schedule changes, and status requests — by SMS and voice call. We send no marketing or promotional messages.

SMS data

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Service providers

To deliver messages we use licensed telecommunications carriers and messaging providers. They receive only the mobile number and the message content needed for delivery. They may not use it for any other purpose.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS. Reply HELP for help. Opt-outs take effect immediately.

Retention

We keep message records for 24 months and consent records for the duration of the driver's engagement plus 4 years. To request deletion, email dan@vadelabs.co.
